"This was my first purchase in which I actually wanted to cancel because I realized I purchased the wrong item. The seller, I tried to contact multiple time to cancel my item. She responded once asking why and never canceled it. I wanted to do another purchase which was more affordable and the was the actual item I wanted to purchase. I’m so annoyed with this process. "I purchased 2 times only on tradesy. The first time for my wedding in 2016 and the order was canceled by seller! That was an awful experience because I had only a few days to find a replacement item elsewhere for my wedding. I very reluctantly purschased again a Christmas present for my mom a mink/leather jacket only to have the seller cancel because she decided she didn’t want to sell item for the price SHE had listed it! To make matters worse my money is being held by tradesy for 3-5 business days so I can not afford to purchase something else in time for Christmas! Unbelievable!!! "I noticed that it is getting more difficult and stressful to sell on Tradesy. Items don’t sell as quick , but what most frustrating is that take tooo long to get YOUR MONEY after the sale. Usually takes more then 2 weeks and it is only after me contacting The company and demanding my money ! Tradesy has great potential , but they have to improve in many areas , SALE AND EARNING most of all "
"My item never shipped from the seller and the seller would never respond to my messages for updates. I requested help from Tradsey and customer service never responded. I had to open a dispute with PayPal who forced Tradsey to give me a refund. I ended up going back to Amazon where I should have started in the first place. This is a terrible marketplace just go with Amazon. Never again Tradsey. "

"I called Tradesy customer service number right after I confirmed an order that a customer bought from me. I have a kit that was suppose to be sent to me. I got on the phone ASAP and let the customer service person know that the street I needed it sent to was one street over . I changed it in my profile. The woman informed me that it probably had not been shipped out yet and that she was contacting shipping to get the go to change the address. She assured me she would email that day which was yesterday about the shipment and changing the address. Nothing I got no email.. not even a call!!
I called back today and the customer service person informed me it was shipped out on Saturday but they have no tracking information for the package. HOW CAN YOU HAVE SOMETHING SHIPPED AND THE COMPANY HAS NO TRACKING information. That means they have no record of the shipment of the kit. The customer service person says sometime the shipping carrier doesn’t scane it. Without the tracking info I can’t even call to have the address switched. Again it is one street over and I know the shipping company wouldn’t have a problem switching it. The customer service person also brought up me going over to pick it up one street over.. how would I do that when no one will even know when it was delivered .. because Tradesy has no tracking information on the shipment of the kit. I never write reviews but I has to share this with consumers. I don’t want someone else unknowing to have to deal with disgraceful customer service like this. One top of all of this I asked to speak to a manger to try and get this problem fixed and just have a new kit sent out.. the customer service person said it will be 24 to 48 hours for a manager to call me back. Insane.
This is not only taking time out of my day to have to deal with this issue but also making the package later for the customer to arrive.
Get your act together Tradesy. I seriously ecperceted so much better from you. Disappointed and will never use this app again or recommend it to anyone else.

"i bought this set of rings thinking that I'd get three pieces, when I got the item, I only got two rings and they looked like rings I can buy for a dollar at a dollar store. I asked the seller why I only got two and she said the description says it only has two rings. The picture and the label says three rings. So I am very, very disappointed with this purchase and I think it is very misleading on the seller's part to display three rings and say three rings on the label, when she only has two rings. "
