Why not promote women in the work place where they actually must dress for a man's world, which it still IS? The glass ceiling is still there!! Then there is lingerie, but not UNDERWEAR for goodness sake, and put someone to the task of reading back into the annals of some of the seller's pages where they sell half used, or partially used, hair goop, and some totally rank things that you obviously know about because you posted it up on your site. I thought you were limited to shoes, handbags, coats, clothing (and THAT should be broken into categories), etc. I heard on my car radio two days ago that Bloomies and Neimans and at least one other BIG store chain is starting to do what you do, and I say, jump on YOUR business in some way such that your service is better than theirs--but your service HAS to be better than theirs, and frankly, it's not. I phoned and asked for a few of your smaller black plastic bags--the kinds I've seen when I bought an item from a seller and I was told that I had to supply my own, even for my $1,200 and $1,600 dollar suits. I worked as a lawyer for many years and I now have a wardrobe and shoes that scream "conservative" and "tailored to fit" or in several cases, actually made for me, by my mother's tailor and seamstress. My mother was in the awkward position of "famous" singer, so the seamstress was always about the house making la de da outfits for her stage work, but also made MY conservative hounds-tooth check suits by hand. And my Navy Blue and my gray skirted suits. Their labels mean nothing now. Now, in this day and age, that's like having had a "last" made of your foot made in Italy for your shoes, which I have done. Those shoes, having a name no one knows, or seemingly wants, will remain in my closet, I suppose. Why, I wonder, does a flamboyant line of clothing sell for such a high price in the store, when the stitching will fail in 6 months, when a hand made suit for women, that will, like Chanel, last, literally, for two life times? I still have my grandmother's Chanel Suits, but I'm not selling THOSE! There, that is my opinion. And I want some black bags for women's skirted suits, on a wooden hanger, with the metal clips for the skirts. I'll fold over the suits, package them with packing paper, and let UPS do their business. How on earth do I sell a $1,200 dollar suit on your site? It won't let me put that number IN!"

cutomer service overall is good but I had an issue with an item that was delivered that I didnt like, wasnt able to return it because item was not marked as such despite multiple emails - and it took over a week to sort out. ultimately everything was taken care of and i ended up getting something else with my tradesy credit which i love"
