She didn't respond to my purchase request with in the 3 days, so my order was canceled, I was upset ????. The same night it was cancelled. I received an email from the seller. She was on vacation, and could not respond to my request. Long story short, I am the proud owner of a gorgeous, chocolate brown, leather Gucci tote bag ????and Tradsey made it happen! "Actually the outcome was a good one but initially it wasn't. I sent at least 3 emails requesting more info on a diamond bracelet I was interested in purchasing. I finally had to go the the general area to request help and then got someone to help me. The seller was Penny Lane which I understand is Tradesy.
