"My first purchase was amazing. My next 2 were terrible. The second one I ended up eventually getting but only because I called the consignment store and spoke with the manager. The third one I never received. Sellers should not be able to list items if they don't have them. It's very disappointing to have something confirmed and then cancelled the next day b/c the seller couldn't locate it/ thought it was already sold. Also, you shouldn't charge customers until the item has been shipped. I shouldn't have to wait to be refunded. "
