"Filled out the form accurately describing the condition of Nexus 6 (would not power on). They quoted $13 vs $10 from a Verizon Wireless. I sent in the unit and the reply back was that the phone did not start and therefore the value was $0 (it would cost me $20 to have the unit returned). They knew the unit would not start but wanted it for the cost of shipping. Scam"
