"Not very impressed with the service and the return policy is ridiculous.
Ordered 3 items from them one came in a ripped box (looked open), one was fine and the other did not do what they said it would..
first item was not the latest item available and I wanted to get the latest one out (contacted them the next day). I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee of £100 on an item that cost £350 + P&P both ways (£15) and as for the item that did not do what they said it would, I am still waiting 8 days later for the return code and a product that does what I want it too. Seem like once they have your money their attitude changes..."
