"Useless CS. When I want reschedule my flight really complicated procedure communication by mail. This web changed our flight booking number, so we can't communicate with airlines CS.
Also price for reschedule almost same like buy new tickets. This is traveloka trapped "

"I purchased tickets for a theme park in Vietnam via traveloka. The delivery of tickets was delayed. the website says it's to arrive within 15 mins. I called the customer service which says it could take up to 45 mins on contrary to website. I said that I would like to have my refund and I'll just get my tickets on site. The customer service says they can't process a refund as it turns out that the customer service wasn't really traveloka agents but call centre employee. They can't do anything apart from take a message and send it to traveloka they say. There's no one to speak to!
Repeated phone call over several days and I was told that they didn't get any update on the case and asked that I wait for traveloka's contact.
Took 2 weeks to see my money back and due to exchange rates fluctuation I got less than I paid. You can imagine the stress it has brought us on top of loss of money and time. Really not necessary whilst on a holiday.
Their money of having a front desk/ back desk to shield themselves from customer bringing their issues are designed to bat off customer raising any complaints, typical of fraudsters. "

"Tried to book two tickets, the return portion 9 months away, and only Traveloka, not the other travel websites, required a valid passport that expires 6 months after that travel 9 months from now. You can’t renew most passports more than 6 months before they expire, so if you are booking tickets months in advance, you’re wasting your time with this company. I went back and forth trying to get them to see the light, and they couldn’t see how this policy isn’t practical or logical for travelers booking months in advance.
And since I had coupons with this company worth hundreds of dollars, I tried to book a single ticket. OMG, only two of the four coupons worked, and when they resolved it, two different coupons worked, and when they resolved it again, only two of the coupons worked. I keep loosing airline fares, I have spent dozens of hours, and Traveloka is getting rude with me, unbelievable. If it wasn’t for the 10,000 Thai baht worth of coupons I would have given up long ago.
I’ve used dozens of travel websites, for many travel arrangements, and this is by far the worse. And of top of everything else, there prices are higher than their competition. "
"Once you booked your first flight or hotel, there'll be an email persuading you to book the other with a special promo code. However, I couldn't apply the promo code as there was an error message. I waited for probably an hour for the previous erroneous booking to be released. (So it's best to do your booking hours before promo code expires to avoid erroneous booking holding you up.) Customer service took days to resolve, which they claimed the promo code not valid for that certain login ID. I figured out on my own to tag the email address the promo code was sent to, to the login using mobile number, of which the customer service didn't advise. Missed my first booking promo code of 35% because I couldn't afford to wait for customer service to resolve.
