" Poor. Store quoted a price $30 higher than the on-line store. Ordre placed and paid for on line. I should have been advised, by the system, that item was not in stocl. There was absolutely no communications until I initiated contact. Then the operator, after advising of the 'backorder' status transfered my call to the store where an attempt was made to up-grade. Next day the order was cancelled and refunded as "customer planning to upgrade," without my input."
