"I ordered a toy from Treacle Toys as a birthday present for my nephew. It has not yet been opened, so I can't state anything about the product as of yet. However, the item was supposed to have been shipped to my nephew and instead it was shipped to me. I know I put his address as the shipping address as it shows up in my address book in my account on their web site. I paid with Paypal and was told by someone else that they have had problems with the shipping address being messed up when paying with Paypal. I had to pay additional money to ship the item to my nephew and I requested a refund of the shipping costs from Treacle Toys. They stated that they had no record of any address other than mine and could not access my address book. They offered me 10% off on my next order, which I won't be making. If you purchase from this site, be sure to double check the shipping address when you receive your order confirmation."
