"I purchased a set of 4 Cooper CS5 Ultra Touring tires for my Lexus RX350. Ordered the tires on a Sunday evening and they were delivered the next Tuesday. They are now mounted and on the car. Two of the tires did not require any weights when they were balanced and the other two required just small weights to balance. Car rides nice and road noise is way less then the old tires. I only have a few miles on the tires but very satisfied now. Tread Depot web site was a great way to research the tires and the rebate convinced me to buy."

Tread depot, online order for a set of 5 tires and wheels, nearly in person service; and not "salesperson" service but just great old fashioned service. Sandie McGee via email and phone truly helping, a handwritten ( not handwriting font) thank you card from Andy D in the palette...just great personable service. Oh, of course the product but that's the easy part: research and order. I originally went with Tread Depot because they were considerably cheaper with the whole purchase; mount, balance, TPMS stems, locking lug nuts, and shipping. I didn't expect anywhere near this level of customer service.
I've already recommended them to 2 others in need of tires, and I just got my order tonight.
