"First the website told me tires were compatible for my vehicle. They weren't. So Tread Depot made me pay for new tires while waiting 5 days to send me the return shipping labels for the wrong set. We are at 5 weeks and they haven't reimbursed me for the first set of tires. Feels scammy. Why am I paying the return shipping on tires wrongly sent to me? How do they get to profit off the shipping on their own mistake? Pay more for tires elsewhere and avoid all this."
