I had an inspection there and it was recommended that I have a part replaced or I'd fail inspection. I felt I was not provided with the total cost up front. What was quoted was very vague and then disposal fees were added and a coupon that they thought could be used was not so. Oil changes no problems at all. Great price for then as well!"

I did experience a little bit of a delay because he was serving another customer and had mistakenly charged her credit card too much so I was delayed from my appointment 15 minutes. The service was quick and friendly. He also reminded me of several other services due on my car at the time and quoted me a few prices. No problems with scheduling an appointment or checking in or out of tread Quarters"
