"I needed a tire repaired quickly. I was promised that I would be in the garage in 20 minutes. they pulled me in at the 20 minute level. that is when the problems began. the former owner of the premise showed up and everyone quit working. I was there much longer than I had expected. the former owner is more important than the ones paying to get things done. My fee was waived, but it wasn't the counter persons fault. it was the garage that could care less about getting work done in a timely manner. I will not be back."
"In pouring down rain, the service tech managed not to drip any water into my car! Got the jobs done, alerting me to needing 2 tires right away (was 42,000 miles on original tires of a 2014 vehicle!). Loved the attitude of all the guys working there---fabulous sense of pride and humor."

"On 7/14/2017 I had an appointment at 4:00pm for an oil change. I arrived 10 minutes early and gave the man my $14.95 coupon for a regular oil change with free tire rotation. He proceeded to tell me that it would accurately cost me $30 something with all the fees etc. Also the coupon was only valid with the “Drive Card”. I said, “Do I have to pay extra for the card”? He said no, but NEVER told me the “Drive Card” was a credit card. I didn’t realize it was a credit card until he gave me the paperwork….and was upset, as the last thing I wanted was another credit card.
I then said, when they rotated the tires, my left rear “driver side” tire kept going low on me and could they please check it for me. He then said it would be ready in 30 – 45 min. so I said I would walk to a store nearby and he said he would call me when it was ready. Over an hour later, he called to say they found a nail in the tire that I said was going low occasionally and it would be another 30 min. to repair it…..plus $36 more.
I had my husband come and pick me up and we sat in his car watching them put the left “driver side” tire back on the car. It didn’t dawn on me until I got home that they must not have rotated the tires, as it was the same tire in the same place that was repaired. My husband called to complain not only about the wait time and pricing, but also the fact that the tires were never rotated, as they promised me they would be.
Obviously your advertising is FALSE! You do not give “Dealer Quality For Less” nor: Fix your vehicle “RIGHT THE FIRST TIME” – nor “complete the job ON TIME”. Plus, you did NOT PROVIDE THE BASIC SERVICE, and LIED ABOUT IT.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER RETURN TO A TREAD QUARTERS……NOR RECOMMEND IT. I will be reporting this store to the BB&B as well as YELP and other internet rating agencies.
I expect a full refund as well as an explanation.
