"Biggest issues with replacement were removal of the treadmill covers. Once accomplished new motor was mounted in place and is working fine! EXP 2000i - An older treadmill but when it works, it works fine.

"I have a 13 year old treadmill that needed a new walking belt that the manufacturer no longer stocks. They recommended contacting Treadmill Dr to purchase one and they gave me a part number. When I was looking at the description for the belt that the manufacturer provided the number for, it didn't seem to be the correct one. I used the chat feature in the website and they provided the correct one. It was shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. The box was heavily damaged and most likely why I did not receive the lube I ordered with the belt. I contacted Treadmill Dr about the missing item and they shipped it quickly. I had the parts to repair my treadmill by the weekend."
