"Instructions did not quite apply to our treadmill so we almost broke the track sides off because the picture did not show that the side just slide off. Fortunately, although some of the clips were damaged, there were still enough to enable the sides to go back on. There were also some other missing instructions for our treadmill. However, our son figured it out and the belt i on and running great. Quality was outstanding...just needed more precise instructions for installation."

"Treadmill doctor was very response to my inquiries and helpful in diagnosing my issue prompting a motor controller board replacement. The only reason for the 4-star, rather than 5-star rating, is that inclusion of helpful links for diagnosing and board replacement instructions should have been included without having to specifically ask for them.
