"Never received my order and I left numerous email messages but never received a message back either. After a while, I just gave up and contacted my Credit Card Company and disputed the charges and got my money back. I will NEVER use this so-called company again!

"Treat has messed up the two orders I have placed with them. The first order never made it to the destination. The 2nd order was placed on Dec 13, 2014 for 3 families on Christmas. I went in to check the order on Dec, 23, 2014. The status of that order was still printing the cards with a delivery date of Dec 18th, 2014. The cards are going to arrive before they are printed I guess. Customer service were night fill in phone operators that saw the error and re sent it. I then called through their sister program Shutterfly, who transferred me to treat...Same customer service phone people and the person I talked to said the guy I spoke with online resent the order. I asked what that meant and was told its getting Fed Ex'd and should be there by Friday. I told him alot of good that will do me when it is for Christmas on Thursday. End of conversation."
"Horrible website. Ordered three cards. One never received and the other two cards sent were other people's orders! For Fathers Day my husband received someone else's bent card inside the envelope ! I also ordered a thank you card for a very generous gift I received. The recipient got some random card!! So embarrassing !! Beware!!!!! They only offered two free cards. I demanded a refund!"
"I have ordered from them twice and the packaging is totally inadequate to protect a card from being bent. Unlike Shutterfly, this division doesn't use cardboard mailers to ensure that they won't be bent during mailing. I've ordered cards twice and BOTH cards I ordered were bent up to the point of being unusable. Unfortunately, the gift card for my mother in law is printed inside the Treat.com made card, so we have to send her this bent piece of garbage card. Yikes."
"February 2014:
Ordered and it didn't arrive. Sent an email and they replied the next day (good turnaround time) saying it would be getting reshipped soon. Days later I received it.
Pros:
Customer service is good, with a good turnaround time of one day.
Cons;
Item does have a tracking number, but too bad they don't provide it to the customer

"Don't used Treat.com to buy cards for important events. I ordered Father's Day cards from Treat.com and they didn't arrive by Father's Day even though I ordered them well in advance. When I contacted them they offered two free cards, but after the experience I have had with them I doubt I will even redeem them. This was my husband's first Father's Day and I wanted to make it special, but Treat.com didn't deliver on it's stated promise to deliver on time and I was left running to the store to buy a card at the last minute with a newborn!
When dealing with people's special occasions and life events, you would think a company would make on time delivery a priority. What is the point a getting a Father's Day well after Father's Day?

"Terrible service. Ordered a card and it didn't show by the promised date (Mother's Day). Inquired, they apologized, offered a free card and said my card would arrive in 5 days. It never showed. I give up - never to try to use them again (even though my next card would be free)."
"Logged in to this website to do a mother's day card for my wife, in response to a "Free Card" recommendation from DealNews. Spent about an hour uploading photos to the site, creating an account, and personalizing the card. When I was all done and hit the proceed to checkout (or Finish, or whatever) button, I several times just sat there while the computer did little swirls next to the "finalizing" icon, and was every time just bounced back to my last screen. Tried Live Chat and was told they could not help -- meanwhile, I got bounced from my completed card. I was told to go back in and everything I would be fine. I did, recreated the card, and then, to be cautious, clicked on the "save project" button. Got the same swirling icon (which said "saving") this time, and again, nothing got done. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SITE! Worst business I have ever visited on the Web."
"UPDATE: They resolved the issue I described below. It took almost a month but I am satisfied and would use their product going forward.

I like their cards but their customer service is horrible. I had previously purchased an 18 card credit on my account, but then never got around to ordering a card. A couple months later I went to order a two cards and had forgotten that I had purchased card credit. Their shopping cart automatically adds an 18 card credit package when you make a card, so I thought nothing of it. It did not say I already had credits. As soon as I placed the order, on the next screen I could clearly see my error, it showed that I now had 18 + 16 original credits. I sent their customer service and email within 15 min or the order. Two days later I got a message back saying they could not refund my 18 card package. That is BS they can, they just choose not to. By the way they are part of Shutterfly, which I used to love but now I will not shop their either. "
"My first card came out on time. but after that it ways way too much delayed. The card I sent didnt even shiped by the date it was due. very dissapointed. Better not to rely on the delivery on time unless you order well in advance. it was under printng status for more than 4 days. I thought it would have been delivered even though the status are not uptated. But just now when i got an email saying it was shipped i realized that i am mistaken."
"Treat has the cutest cards and they're at about the same price as the ones from the supermarket. The quality has been great even when I add a photo and the shipping is fast. They're my new go-to place for birthday cards."
