"The process to sign up was easy, got an email confirmation for my American passport but when I checked in with a printed copy of the receipt they said my visa never went through. Luckily I am a dual citizen and got a free visa using my EU citizenship and they allowed me to use that. Don't know what I would have done if I had only had this one. Still don't know if it ever went through. I triple checked all the information is correct and correlates with my passport. I would love a refund as it didn't work and did this well in advance of my trip. *** update they attentively apologized and gave me a refund for my worries so I gave them three stars. "
