"I bought a pair of Uggs from Trends Depot for a friend. They had the best price so I was very pleased. I got the boots and there was water damage to one of them, nothing on the box (although the box was crushed when it arrived), so they agreed to refund me the money if I sent them back. I was corresponding via e-mail this whole time and always received a response. I asked if I would be reimbursed my return shipping charges and was told I would.
Well, it took a couple weeks for the refund to even be given to me and I never received reimbursement for the return shipping, which was $17. I've sent several e-mails to them and have received no response. I've been to their website several times, and it seems that it is impossible to even call and speak to someone. I went onto their Live Help link at the bottom of their homepage, placed my complaint, and never heard a response from them either.
I realize that $17 may not be a small amount, but that's I why I can't believe they won't reimburse me. I have essentially thrown away $17 and a lot of time. At this point I would be surprised if someone just replied to my e-mails.
