"Not so good. Ordered a Giro Atmos, which was promptly shipped. Unfortunately, a piece of the Roc-Loc was missing. After I bent over backwards in an attempt to resolve the situation, TriSports.com's best offer was for me to buy a Roc-Loc replacement elsewhere, and they would issue a store credit for the same amount. No, thank you. I informed them I'd be returning the helmet and, since I did not receive what I ordered, I wanted a full refund including shipping. To their credit, they did issue a full refund, and quickly, too."
