"I purchased a lens with a next day delivery, w/o knowing they were following a cultural holliday that had me waiting over 5 days. I only found out when I received the order confirmation, so that was inconvenient. When I finally was able to get a rep., after the holiday, the guy was very polite and patient. My product is a gray market lens, and their price was unbeatable from other dealers in that market, by far. Delivery was next day UPS and it was very competitively priced.
I will buy here again, but I will be very mindful of their schedules."
