"Purchased an item from them on April 30th and paid extra for 3 day shipping. I had forgotten to put my apartment number so it got shipped back to them. A few days prior to them receiving the package back I called to inform them it was on its way back and that I no longer wanted it, and their customer service agent (name unknown) was quite rude about the situation. And here I am today 3 weeks after the purchase date still fighting to get a refund, they won’t reply to my emails and when I call when they’re supposedly open I get a message saying they’re closed, even though when the system states their business hours I’m clearly in that time frame. I’m so glad I used PayPal to purchase the item as at least I have a fair shot at getting my money back since they refuse to return any communication. Highly suggest going with a more reputable company this nightmare wasn’t worth a $30 discounted item. "
