"I ordered a camera from TriState because of the price. It was lower than any other retailer. This was on a Thursday. I wanted to get the camera by Saturday so I payed extra for 2-day shipping. On Friday morning I got an email saying they couldn't process my credit card. I called back with a different one, although my credit card company said there should have been no problem with the first card I used. Later in the day Friday I got a message from TriState saying they had questions about the order and to call back. I did only to have them ask me if I needed memory cards and if I wanted an extended warranty. No! If I did I would have ordered them online! So, bottom line is they wasted two days before shipping and I didn't get the camera until after the weekend. I wasted the two-day shipping cost because of their delays. Camera is good and not gray market. I saved $100 buying through TriState but wasted $25 in shipping."

"After my delivery date past and I didn't receive my camera, I called and was told they had been trying to reach me. I don't believe that for a second because I had not received a call or an email. They then asked if I'd like to buy an extended warranty and some memory cards. I had declined to purchase both while I was ordering the camera. When I said no, the man on the phone said ok I'll ship your order today. I can only assume my order had not been shipped because they wanted to try and upsell me. Disappointing. Camera finally arrived and is fine."
