Eventually I figured out I could log in and saw the order was never processed or shipped, as "shipping address doesn't match billing address". Erm... yes, I imagine people often ship trophies to other people instead of to themselves. Tried to reach them repeatedly to get help, zero response. In other words, no service offered whatsoever, just lots of wasted time."
"I’ve used this company in the past, but the latest incident is despicable! I ordered 5 trophies on May 11, 2021 for a presentation date of May 29, 2021. They did not ship my trophies until I called them several times throughout the week. I received the trophies 3 days after the presentation date. When I did receive them, 3 of the trophies was not the ones I ordered, and another trophy came broken. When I called to get an explanation I was told by one person that maybe the warehouse workers sent the wrong one, and they would handle it. After receiving no follow up confirmation, I called a week later, and was told by another sales person that the trophies I ordered were out of stock. This company’s customer service is terrible, with unclear communication and lack of professionalism in handling miscues. DON’T ORDER FROM TROPHY DEPOT! "
"We ordered an Art Glass trophy. Finally received it and we were so disappointed. The glass had a yellow hue to it and where the hands and the end of the star joined it had yellowed epoxy all over the ends. Contacted customer service immediately, talked to Deanna, and explained the situation. After over 11 phones call, several emails, sending her pictures etc. she offered to replace it with ones that were coming in on Friday. The new ones came in and the pictures she provided showed the item was worse than the one we had. We asked for a refund. After going round and round finally was passed to a "supervisor" who after several more days and after filing a BBB complaint she (Mariann) agreed to provide us with a shipping label to ship the item back and a full refund. We finally received our refund. Our main issue with this place is the lack of customer service. It seems they have a supplier issue which happens. But to have to wait weeks and spending so much time trying to get them to respond was unacceptable. Would not recommend doing business with this company. "
"I have used them for multiple orders over the years and have had good results. Unfortunately my recent experience was really bad and has undone any trust I had in them. Order was supposed to arrive Thursday 3/5 for 3/7 event. With no shipping info I called, no response, after multiple calls the response was, "i'll check the warehouse and get back to you", no response. Ultimately told I could drive to the closest city to pick up the order because UPS won't ship to my area on Saturday. I was unhappy, but had few choices last minute. When I arrived in Scranton (45 min drive) to pick up the order, they shipped only medals, no trophies. It is now Wednesday and I still have no resolution.

"Bad Customer Service. I ordered trophies one month ago for $115. I receive d emails about order confirmation , and shipment email with tracking number. However, it has been one month, I still did not receive any items. I called the customer service and found out UPS shipped the items back to the warehouse without noticing clients. UPS didn't try to contact the client and even didn't notice client about their items. the trophy depot didn't notice client either of items going back to warehouse. and when I called the customer service, when I needed the solution, she kept explaining why this happened and again and again. they didn't want give the money back to me and didn't want ship the items back to me . they wanted to charge me more to pay the shipment fee. they want to eat your money without shiping you items."
"I placed my order on 01/06/2020 and my event was on 01/25. Lots of time ..... so I thought. They advertise "usually ships within 24 hrs" After 9 days and hadn't recd any shipping info, I called Customer Svc. They said the order has not left the warehouse yet, and after I reminded her my event was on 1/25, she said she will put a rush on it and that it will be guaranteed to arrive on 1/24. On 1/24, my order did not arrive. When I checked online, it showed order will arrive on 1/27. Two(2) days after my event. I called Customer Svc. again. The gal was apologetic, but all she offered me was "do you wish to cancel the delivery, I can do that for you." I asked her to have a supervisor or manager contact me. She said she could do that. I have yet to hear from a Manager or Supv. Additionally, when I recd the items, the name plates were crooked, I had to reapply them. I have been ordering my trophies from Trophy Depot for 10+ years now. I am very disappointed in the service and the lack of care (to put it mildly). I thought I had placed my order well in advance of my event ..... I was wrong. Won't be recommending Trophy Depot anymore and Will take my business elsewhere."
"They simply don't give a damn about whether or not you approve the layout, they will engrave your trophy and ship it out if you don't email them to approve before 4pm EST anyway. They don't understand that this is not a pizza delivery business, receiving a trophy with wrong engraving is far worse than a delay delivery! I will not spend a dime on them anymore! WARNING to those who lives on the west coast, don't waste your time on them!"
"I wanted to honor my grandfathers hand-made wood planes. He was a master cabinet maker in Germany before he immigrated to the US in 1925. He died before I was born and I ended up with these beautiful planes. The 3 x 5 plaque in the widow box will go on display at a local small-town market at the only stop sign in Hockinson, Washington. "On two separate orders, we had a bad experience. We have been using this site for a while so we figured we would stick with them. For one order we paid for expedited shipping and the product came AFTER the date we needed it by. On the second order, what we thought we were ordering was not the product at all. We thought we were ordering a trophy Plaque, as described. Turned out to be a sticker. reached out to customer service and product will NOT be returned. Spent $20 for nothing ON A STICKER. Will not be purchasing again. "
"Don''t trust the delivery estimator! I paid extra for expedited shipping, and the estimator showed things arriving two days before our event. The items arrived on the day of the event, 3 hours after they were needed.
Contacted the company, and they said their only guarantee is that things will arrive on the promised day (which they did) and not to trust the estimator. Not a very satisfactory answer. "
"I have used Trophy Depot before and was very happy with their ease of ordering, turnaround and products. That was not the case this time.
I ordered almost 300 of the same resin trophy but had 2 distinct engravings as they were being used for 2 different events. I received 8 boxes and none were marked. Upon opening them, I figured they would at least be sorted by the different events, but no, they weren't and I had to physically open each box and separate them. Very, very disappointing.
I then called customer service to voice my concern so that they might not do this to someone else. Spoke with a woman named Hanna who didn't acknowledge my concern, did not apologize and really didn't make me feel that she cared.
While I have used them multiple times before, I may consider elsewhere the next time.

"Contacted the company via chat after my order not shipping for 5 days. I spoke with Ken. He stated it would be 4 more days before my order was even shipped. I told him when I placed my order I gave a specific date and the estimator said I would receive my order well before then. Now, I will be lucky to receive it in time. Ken said May was their busiest month and so everything was delayed and their estimator did not take that into account. I said then the estimator should not be on the website for people to rely on and that May being their busiest month was not anyone's problem but theirs that people that placed orders still needed them on time. He told me I was nasty. I asked to speak to his supervisor and that I would be posting a negative review and he said "sounds like a plan". Very unprofessional. Don't rely on their shipping times. If you need something by a specific date, do not order from this company.
