"The coconut peanut butter is very good. Once stirred, it is smooth and creamy. The taste is reminiscent of a Chic-O'-Stick candy. Everyone in the family likes it, although my son said he wished it tasted a little bit more like peanut butter.
The only concern I have is: this product was very hard for me to stir (required before eating). I had to wait until my husband got home to help. A person needs to be pretty strong to blend the oil into the peanut butter."
