My stuff was shipped ground, but amazingly arrived withing 3 days of placing the order. I was impressed. So far all the products I ordered have been wonderful!"
" I am a returning customer for the last 2 years. My items of choice are the Gold Label Virgin Coconut oil, the Palm Shortening, Cream of Coconut Concentrate, Olive oil and Atchara and the Himalayan salt. I appreciate the purity of the items and the great care taken in packaging the items prior to shipping. No item has ever arrived damaged nor do I believe any item could be easily damaged as each product is carefully wrapped and the boxes are extra sturdy. I will be trying the coconut flour, Sesame oil and various scented lotions for the first time with my latest order and I am looking forward to using non-chemically based lotions. That said, for the last two years I have used mostly pure coconut oil on my skin but by the description of the lotions sold thru T.T., I am curious to try an all natural product specific for dry skin.

"I am very pleased with tropical traditions quality and service. Even though I had to cancel my order twice they have a policy of refunding the credit card and getting the credit very soon. I finally got it right and it has already arrived. I am especially pleased with their quality and also the numerous special prices and promotions.
One small problem I have is the process of ordering. Each time I pick an item to order it jumps to the order basket and it is necessary to go back and start over again. also it is not very clear on how to cancel an order. There are several steps and there is also some difficulty in the process of finding the procedure to cancel.
On the whole I am most impressed with the quality and integrity of he company. They have somewhat higher prices but they have great value for the money. They feature new items and offer many special promotions. I also love their recipes and general health advice. It is one of the few mail order companies that I use regularly."
"I have been diagnoised with prostrate cancer in July of 2009. I knew I had to do something with my diet enorder to reverse my health condition. "Tropical Traditions Arnica Oil has been in my personal care items for almost 10 years (of course not the same bottle!). The reason being that it is a pure and effective oil for skin softening and pain relief. Most recently I gave an elderly aunt of mine some to try as she has pain in her knees that makes walking sometimes near to impossible. She's not one to mince words and her comment was "Boy did that help me out." Of course it's not a cure, but relief from pain is a formidable competitor. I also love the Citrus Body Lotion and always keep both on hand. Even in this recent "all natural" products market, it's still hard to find true pure products like the ones that Tropical Traditions makes.
