I usually order the gallon pails of coconut oil. the coconut oil has a subtle coconut flavor and goes well with asian foods. I've also substituted coconut oil for vegetable oil when baking - works great in my banana bread and carrot cake recipes. In addition to cooking, I use coconut oil for making homemade creams and soaps. This time I also ordered the raw organic honey.
