On aquarium heater instructions you should explain that to set the temperature lower you must click the button on top to take the temp higher and then after 92 degrees it will start again at lowest temp of 67 and you can increment from there. Also I ended up unplugging it yo get it stop blinking and actually start heating. Since then it has done great!"

"Was sent cotton filters (exactly identical to the cotton ones included in setup) instead of the sponge filters i had ordered and they were not in any kind of wrapping-just placed on one another and shoved into a generic shipping envelope-no protection and fuzzing and parts were thinned-not good quality at all. Only good part was the shipping was quick.

As far as my cansiter system order on 11/20/11 My card was ran twice-when i called about it at first i was rudely told i was incorrect and then told the 1st time it was run the address didn't match (this has never happened with any other vendor) and then they said they cancelled that but still took several days of pending for it to be removed-majorly inconvienient. Only thing in setup that is included is the cotton filters-you will need to buy additional carbon, sponge filters, etc-the website is very lacking on how much should be purchased to suffice (should be under additional options) you can find the same canister including ALL you need for setup on Amazon. Instructions and "Illustrations" are vague and difficult-hoses need to be softened-my unit had stuff put together already in weird ways (may a previously returned unit?" after the unit is setup with everything needed it requires pump pressimg-very hard-but it has done a very good job-but is not crystal clear-almost 2 weeks and is clearer but still has slight tinge in color"

"there was no problem with the UV HO filter I received. It is a little bigger than I thought and had to place it on the front of the tank temporarily till I can bring the tank alittle out from the wall. It does not fit the rim very well but I think the 75 gallon Aqueon tank is to blame. I was satisfied with everything else. I will let you know how it does with the algae bloom I have in the tank, which is why I tried this filter PF40UV"
