"Sold me very sick Ranchus that had hemorrhaging, finrot, fungus and lesions. Goldfish died after a few days. I wrote them feedback and sent photos of the ranchus but their loser fishkeeper Alexander who was temporary salesman-for-the-day emailed me abusive emails to avoid refunding my payment. He didn't even know what a Quarantine Tank is and basically said "try your luck somewhere else". I NEVER got my money back. Very unprofessional and clearly has no clue how "CUSTOMER SERVICE" works. I spoke to the manager but she did not care to issue a refund. They have a history of selling sick fish - check their eBay store feedback and a ranchu buyer have the same complaint. "

"The site was easy to navigate and the transaction completed quickly. The merchandise was shipped the same day. The product packaging was crumpled but the merchandise appeared to be undamaged. I'll will test the product in a few days to make sure it's working. Thanks."
