"Well trying to get the information on the product I was trying to order, well that wasn't too bad, I never did find out exactly what I wanted to know, I finally settled on, well it has a 30 day return policy if I am not happy with it.
However, trying to get checked out and paid for, well that was another story, I could not figure out what button to push, I had to log into the texting with support, and she had to reset my password, and by the time I was done with all of that, and got into my account, I could not get it to take my Amazon credit card, so I had to go back to "text support" and she sent me a link. So somehow that got me back to where I was at, when I couldn't login to my account. So it got resolved just seams a hole lot more difficult than just being able to pick up a phone and place an order!"
