"Well, I spent $1400 to buy the complete kit of wireless probes. TT you have ONE JOB. Sell things and ship things. I bought the complete FP set. One set of the kit (Manometer) is on backorder. So they are holding all of the other items hostage for two weeks in hopes the back order will be fulfilled, but if not, then they will ship the hostages. WTF? Ship what you have in stock so I can use them and get to work. FIGURE IT OUT TT OR HIRE SOMEONE WHO IS COMPETENT THAT CAN. Stupid policy. Not customer friendly. This policy is only putting a bandaid on incompetence and **** your customer off. "
