"Ive emailed into customer service over a week ago with an order number just asking for an update but never received a response. The item was on backorder, but even a reply of " i have no idea" would have worked. Communication is huge, so truly will just factory order this stuff from my supply houses from now on because they respond every time. Discount codes for certain percentages don't actually take off the full amount depending on the tools you want which can be confusing.
So for the Update. I left everything else above the same. just changed from 4 stars to 5. Here’s why the 5 star. right after i left the review i received a phone call answering all my question and the rep who spoke to me said he dropped the ball on returning my email. always explained the discount and that was a misunderstanding on my part. So simply I got great tools at a good price with great customer service. I’m human i know people can forget sometimes or loose track of an email. the follow up call and the character of that employee goes along way with me. “sorry don’t remember name from this morning”"
