"I placed a simple order for a Snap Hook and Spacer Kit which according to their website is a complete kit. The kit itself was $5.99 which is supposed to include a Snap Hook and 2 Spacers which attach to a strap ratchet. The standard shipping was $9.98, almost twice the amount as the item. Ouch! When the order arrived there was a Snap Hook but no Spacers. I searched through the box and packaging material but still no Spacers. I called customer service and the person I spoke with told me that she put the Spacers in the box herself and to check the packaging material again. So, just to be sure, I checked the packaging material again, still no Spacers. I emailed them a photo of everything I received, Snap Hook, box and packaging material at which time they sent the spacers.
Although the price of the Snap Hook and Spacer Kit was reasonable I felt the shipping was way out of line for such small items which could have, should have, been shipped in a padded envelope not to mention that the shipping is slow. I also didn't care for the way the person I spoke with chose to handle the situation by telling me that she was sure the Spacers were shipped, fairly unprofessional. I will give them credit for the selection of products. "
