"Dave was super helpful, Assised to work out a replacement part when getting the original was going to be a problem. Perfect fit, possibly better than original. UPS unfortunatly let us both down. From store to Auckland in 3 to 4 days, not bad. Through customs here in short order so paperwork from truck spring must have been good. Local UPS agent 6 days to get the package the final few K's Honestly its a disapointment wereally needed the product. Diabolical communication from UPS, Told on tuesday, will be delivered today actualy arrived on the Saturday after with no notification at all. At least it arrived I guess it could have been lost!"

"1I recieved a call the day after i made my order and the lady told me there was a stock issue and it would be a week before it was shipped and asked if i wanted my order canceled or to continue. We weren't in a hurrry so i told her that it was fine to keep the order and like a week later it was sitting on my front porch. Y'all at the time were one of the best prices we could find and the whole preocess was super eay to navigate compared to other company sites. My husband is super happy with them and is ready for the snow to hit."

"Several items:
1) The thread was damaged at either end. Possibly the packaging could be improved by placing a protective sleeve over the thread. I'm hoping I can fix it.

2) The customer service was good. Customer service missed an opportunity by not asking, "what else do you need?". I should have ordered nuts and washers at the time I ordered the metal rod; just didn't think of it.

3) Shipping was great! I received the metal rod in a day or two.
