"Went to the freightliner place to order these air bags and they couldn't get them. They told me about this company and low and behold I could get them for our motorhome. After I had ordered the air bags, it took awhile too get in but they finely arrived. They are expensive because they don't carry our airbags anymore so we had to get different ones that match. All in all, they came through with me product and I am happy with them and there service. "

"I recently ordered a part for my daily driver truck, which is an older Nissan pickup. To find the part I used the online system they have on their website which asks for the make, model, and year of the vehicle. It then shows parts that are supposed to fit. The very first one that popped up at the top of the list sounded like what I was told to order. Mind you I’m not a mechanic or car expert, but I trusted their site to show me what fit my truck. It did not at any point ask me to specify 2wd or 4wd, and I was not aware a 4wd version even existed. I ordered the part I was lead to believe worked for my truck and paid the super high shipping rate. When I got the part it didn’t fit. I checked back over my order details. Again, it did not say anything about 4wd. I called to ask about exchanging my part for something that would work, and was told a little rudely that if I had scrolled through and read every detail on the part description page I’d have seen that it was for 4wd. I checked it out online again and after doing some digging finally found the part where it mentioned 4wd. To me it would make sense to have this information right at the top in plain sight, or even better put in the part where you put in your vehicle specs to be shown what will fit. My dad has been helping me work on my truck so he called to see if he could make sense of things. He said they were really rude to him, and he was told I’d be completely responsible for paying the crazy high shipping rate again to have it sent back to return it, and that they don’t do direct exchanges, I’d just have to wait until it got back to them and I got my money refunded then order the part again and pay the shipping all over yet again. By that point I’d have paid more in shipping than the part costs. Meanwhile my truck is sitting in the driveway all tore apart while I scramble to figure out what to do. Overall I just felt let down by the website user experience, the outrageous shipping cost, and the general rudeness of the employees over the phone. "

"Was upset that replacement bolts werent sent with my leaf springs the bolts that are with truck have to be cut off to be removed. Other than that was happy with customer service and help i received. But no bolts has made the replacement progress that much longer."

"When most places online don't have the parts in stock, they tell you up front. I found out my shock replacement is weeks out and they still charged my credit card. Not very cool and it takes a phone call to reverse it.
