"Be very careful leaving your truck here! I brought my 2009 Ford f450 for fuel filter, they took it for a test drive in an industrial park and the mechanic smashed it into a tree and totaled it. Prior to bringing it in here for the fuel filters they did a full exhaust and the tailpipe clamp kept giving out. Never was fixed right it kept falling.
After I was notified that it was in an accident the owner wanted to start rebuilding it with parts. They never filed a claim with their insurance until 3 business days later after I told them it was being towed to the body shop. Once the truck was to the body shop never heard from Trukwurks again. The total damage to the truck was 30,000. All this costed him was an insurance claim and it costed me my truck and their insurance company will not give the appropriate amount to replace the vehicle."
