"I needed to sort >60 paragraphs by alpha, as I have for years using our previous software.
We had changed to Truly, which had no sorting button, key, etc. Locate-copy-paste took too hours.
Daniel figured out that it was a Truly problem. A software change had not been mailed to all subscribers. He sent the new version. I was able to sort again.
I am very disappointed in Truly's not establishing a feedback system so it is assured that each update reaches long-term subscribers.

"I purchased your Truly Office in mid-April to help with my tax preparation. I Activated the software, and everything worked very well. Today was the first day I went back to use the program. I brought the software up it took me directly to a screen asking me for a License number. I went back and looked in the product packaging and the startup instructions that came with the software but there was no mention of a License number, only an Activation number. "I purchased Truly Office back in late January, but had not downloaded the software. I logged in and it showed that I didn't have any plans in my acct. I initiated a chat and Daniel came on within seconds of initiating chat. Now THAT is customer service!!! He sent me link to download software and stayed with me while I was following prompts from software. Through this process, he noticed I had not been sent a Product Code Key from back in January! He emailed it to me while were on the chat! I am finishing that process as I type this, but wanted to give a great kudos to Daniel, he is knowledgeable and efficient and was able to help very quickly. "I have only had the software for a week plus, but have been using it extensively during that time. While I, like many, have decided to forgo the annual extortion of MS, I still have my duties that have been bound by their software. Truly Office (T.O.) seems to have fulfilled that niche. The help files are good and when needed I am able to stumble my way around and get what I desire; but not always. In those cases I revert to an email (or telephone call) to T.O.'s customer service; which I am amazed to discover responds - well I have not seen such responses in any industry like the responses I have received from T.O. since the 1980s. In every case (when I think I have stumbled across an area lacking), I am given accurate (and polite) directions on how to accomplish that which I wish. I am very please with their product so far; nevertheless, their customer service will keep me a user of their products for the foreseeable future. However, I must admit I have not tried their Slides (PowerPoint) yet; only Word and Sheets."

"I have good experience using Truly Office with all the necessary functions which I require. However, sadly I have to leave Truly Office due to some critical misalignment between Truly Office and the main platform and my client has refused to accept any other platform, so I have no choice and decided to change to the requested platform where my client was appointed. Hope to see more updates coming in soon hoping that it will minimize the format differences soon.
