"I ordered Vista Home Premium from the Web Site. A day later, I was told it was out of stock, but I could get Vista Ultimate Promotional edition for the same price. ETA for the the Home Premium was 1 to 2 months! Canceled the order. Refund followed within a day!"

"I ordered (2) Flash Pro CS3 online. I had never dealt with this company before, but their pricing was good and the customer ratings were decent so I decided to give them a try. I received the items within a week, but I was disappointed in the packaging. On their website they showed the software in a retail box. The items I received were in sealed envelopes...no box, no manual. If I was told what I was getting, I would have no complaints. However, nowhere in their product description was anything said about the software not being in a retail box. It was advertised as "new" (which it was)and a "complete product." From this and the picture that was shown in their description, I assumed I was getting the complete package: box, manual, software, etc. I emailed them about this and much to their credit they answered back very quickly. They said that functionality-wise what I received was the same as the retail box and that the retail box version would cost me more if I wanted it. I've always thought that in an ad you get what was in the picture unless stated otherwise. I wish this would be the practice of TrustPrice. "

I had some concerns about this site never having dealt with them before and I am concerned about buying software online - bogus or illegal copies, 'new' software that when you try to register it you find out it's not new, etc. Still based on the other positive reviews I placed an order with Trustprice.com for a retail upgrade version of Windows Vista home premium. Their price was great, the product was exactly as described and I installed it and registered it with Microsoft without any problems.
