"Found a great price on a license key for a popular AV/security suite. Prompt service -- ordered late evening and received key next day via email. To give you an idea of their service, when I emailed after a frustrating upgrade experience due to their old/invalid instructions for this product, a sales manager responded promptly (on a weekend, from his Blackberry) and apologized, explaining the instructions were provided by their vendor, and he gave me a $10 credit for letting them know. That's the kind of online support that's hard to find these days. They're definitely getting my business in the future!"
