"This "company" used a website to advertise some diabetic supplies which I could not get in my home town. I emailed to find out the expiration date of some glucose test strips and was told they were all 1 year or longer. That's what I wanted so I ordered 3 boxes, paid with my credit card. After 2 weeks of waiting I still had no goods in my mailbox so I sent an order cancellation. Miraculously I got notice of shipment the very next day! When they arrived, the boxes were all beat up; plus, 2 of them expired in 6 months and the third expired in 9 months, not what I had been told. Then "Trusted Medical Supply" went incognito and wouldn't answer either the phone or email. I found out later this is a one-woman outfit working out of a house. I had no way to get a "return authorization" since she was not responding so I complained to Paypal, the Better Business Bureau and my credit card. The credit card outfit (Synchrony Bank) instructed me to go ahead and return the boxes without the RA and send them proof of delivery, which I did. Synchrony then refunded my money and backcharged "TrustedMedicalSupply. "TrustedMedicalSupply" was planning to keep my money after lying to me about the useful life of the product and sending me shopworn merchandise. But don't just take my word for it: Check the BBB reviews for this "company" and you will see other negative reports. This company CANNOT be trusted to give you what you order, or to give your money back if something goes wrong. I was lucky to get the refund but it cost me for shipping the stuff back and faxing documents various places, plus a huge amount of aggravation. My advice to you is to look elsewhere for a reputable vendor."
