"I ordered this product on the 22nd of January and they said via email that they would send the shipping, tracking information as soon as it was processed. Two weeks later I didn't get any shipping/tracking information to the product so I emailed them and their mailbox was full so I got returned mail. I called them up the next day and the woman on the other end was extremely rude and told me I would have to call back another time, I informed her that their mailbox was full which seems to irritate her even more. So after not getting help I emailed them 2 days later and waited for a reply. A couple days go by and no reply. So I call up their customer service again and the lady on the other end told me to wait for the product to come in and call in another week if I don't receive it. I asked her for a tracking/shipping information and she said they could not provide me with that for some security reason. I insisted that they give me the information but she kept giving me the run-around. Rather than waste any more time I just said ok and hung up. Their customer service sucks. I have waited almost 2 1/2 weeks for my product and they will not answer any of my questions via emails or phone calls. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
