For reference, my measurements (in cm) are as follows:

Bust: 137
Waist: 123
Hips: 149

I was having a hard time finding Raiden Shogun cosplays that would fit me (I'm a plus size cosplayer.) After going around to four different stores, I was recommended trustedeals by someone on Facebook. Before ordering, I told them my measurements and when I needed it done by. At first I was told "maybe" because of the time frame. They put me in touch with their Quality team, who told me it can be done, but it would be a REALLY close call. I gave them the extra money for expediting, then let them go at it.

I was getting radio silence until about a week ago (two weeks away from con) so I asked what the time frame was looking like. I got a response two days later (I DMed them on a weekend, so my fault) and they told me they had problems getting the fabric, but the tailor was starting that day. I waited another week (about a week from con) and asked again what the time frame was looking like, since con was a week away. They got back to me that day, stating it was dropped off at the post office and should be in my hands the day before con.

Bringing us to now, I've had it for two days, con is next Wednesday (It's Sunday as I'm writing this) and y'all, I CRIED when opening this thing! It's so beautiful and everything fits perfectly! The only down side was the tights that came with it are a little too big, but that's nothing a few safety pins can't fix. I LOVE everything about this cosplay otherwise and the fact that they were so willing to cater to my size was all the more admirable! I do plan on buying more from them in the future! Definitely a lot farther in advance than this one. I would probably give the poor tailor a heart attack if I did it again!"

"I was a little skeptical ordering a costume for my daughter for Halloween through a site I'd never heard of. While her Myotismon costume didn't arrive on time for Halloween it was well worth the 1.5 month wait. They were great as far as communication goes. The quality of the material is fantastic and the costume is expertly crafted. All seams, buttons and piping are perfect and it fits my daughter great! The only small gripe I have is that the bat broach was spray painted gold and they put it in with the pleather belt and the heat from shipping must have made them stick together causing paint transfer. It's nothing that can't be fixed, but I'd suggest they package anything painted like that separately. Overall a a great experience and I will order from them again! "

"I ordered gijinka Umbreon cosplay costume from Trustedeal, i've never bought costumes from this site before, i decided to get my outfit there becuase of my friend, i really love her Jirachi outfit, it's VERY beautiful, even more beautiful than the pictures shown on the site.
And finally, i did recieve a very GOOD Umbreon costume, i loved it very much. I custom tailored it, fits perfectly, good quality, it's far better than general cosplay stuffs. And they also have considerate service."

"When I placed my order, I noted in the order that I needed it within one month. Given as all I ordered was a wig and a mask, this doesn't seem to be an unreasonable request. When I messaged Trustedeal 2 weeks later to confirm, they assured me that I would receive my package on time.

A few days later, I received notification that my package had shipped. When I asked for a tracking number, they informed me that my package had yet to ship, and would need a few more days. Finally, one week before the deadline for the event I am attending, they message me saying they will not be able to ship it to me on time. This is, of course, after stringing me along for the better part of a month with the claim that I would be receiving my product on schedule.

If there is one redeeming quality, they openly and apologetically offered a full refund, which I will be taking."

"I bought two cosplay costumes from this website. The price was unbeatable. They arrived quickly, two and half weeks to CA. The fabric was nice quality and the sewing was well done. I did not get custom tailoring, but I ordered by the size chart and they fit perfectly. The items I received were EXACTLY as pictured. I know it wasn't a "stolen stock photo" that most people complain about because one contained a plaid material that matched the picture exactly. The plaid material (color and style) was impossible to find and the sole reason I did not make the costume myself. All and all pretty happy with my purchase."

"I have bought zentai suits from trustedeal, so the review is about this line of products only. I have placed my order then got an order summary shortly after. After checking it I did a typo at the size chest(they offer the custom tailor service free for zentai bodysuits). Wrote back and it's corrected very soon.
Later I also got email with the track info. After getting the suit it's fitting just great. Color and size match exactly as I expected.

One note: It takes about two weeks to get the suit, so I think not suitable for urgent buddies. "
