"This is kind of hit or miss, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, but overall it is really quite awful. The feedback you write on your photos is simply ignored, and the only way to get them to edit the photo the way you want it is to write an angry email to Tucia support, and even then you still don't get what you want. Between revisions, I compare the photos side by side most of the time and they look exactly the same. This means that although they advertise unlimited revisions, it's really kind of pointless if the photos are left untouched. I question if photoshop is even used in the edits of the photos. Some of the edits look like they were done in paint....that bad. I would not recommend spending the money to get your photos edited....it's simply not worth the money, the hassle, the multiple and frustrating revisions that get you nowhere, and the angry emails that it takes to get something to start to look like what you want. Save yourself the money and the hassle."
