My mom picked up the part and simply asked if someone could put it on for her, parts man walked to over to service and waited for someone to help her nobody came except one man but he had to leave because he was called by someone else,.so my mom walked over to someone in service and said sorry everyone is busy right now....so my mom walked out with the Hubcap and left.....she is 82 yrs old and nobody can spend 5 min to put a hubcap on for her? Sorry lost my business and my mothers....and I leased 3 rav 4s in the past."

"My partner went to pick up car parts we ordered and was given a really hard time when going to pick them up. He called 10 mins prior to arrival to ensure he could pick up for an order under my name. The pick up was disorganized and the parts center had no idea what he was talking about. They were able to locate the order after some back and forth, he was given a hard time over ordering these parts. It seems they were annoyed we ordered parts on our own instead of bringing the car for service. We’ve had numerous issues when bringing our cars in for service so we decided against that. Really dissatisfied with the customer service on every visit to this dealership. "
