"With COVID making delays for the tent to get into the US Alpha customer service was on top of it. The emailed throughout the process letting me know what was going on! It was great I did not need to contact them to try and hunt down where my tent was. The delays of delivery were not in their control so I do not see this as a negative aspect of the company by any means. Also, my tent was not damaged in the delivery process and I was extremely happy.
