"I never got an updated delivery date for the RTT and the driver just showed up. Address was being shipped to family business and not given any lead time on advance for anyone to be there to inspect RTT at time of delivery. I even checked order status 4/24 & today,4/25 and it still said "check back later for update." It only have a range of dates 4/24-4/28.
This is an expensive purchase and should have better tracking and communication of delivery schedule. Most providers gives a window for Delivery (i.e. FedEx, Amazon, Ecoflow, Comcast Internet).
Also please update your website and any follow up emails with a call back #.
Excited for the tent but this process is not up to par compared with other Overland companies purchased from.
