"I placed an order with Tulipshe. After submitting my payment I received an email alerting me that my own had not been paid for and providing me a link to pay. I assumed that maybe I entered my card wrong so I clicked on the pay link that the email provided to me and entered my car again. I never received an email thanking me for my order/payment which was odd. When my statement came I saw I was charged three times by this company!! So I did a Google search to contact the company. That's when I discover that I was not alone. This company had done this to many, many, many customers. I emailed the company and was rudely told that it had not been "3-14 business days" that they say it takes. I also asked why I was charged the times and 'Amy' said they would look into that. I alerted my credit card company and they removed the two silicate charges. Two more weeks passed and I really became concerned because they had not contacted me and we were now will part the "3-14 business days". So I emailed again, alerting them to the fact that I have seen all the poor reviews and their 'F' rating with BBB. 'Amy' responded with a scathing email telling me that she had investigated my business and found an unfavorable posting by a client of mine (I am a doctor. The person who have me the poor rating has the wrong clinic, wrong state, but what did that have to do with my lip pencil order?) She then advised me of what she termeme" fraudulent chargebacks" whatever that means. I guess when they triple charge you for an item, if you alert your credit card company then Tulipshe labels that a "fraudulent chargeback". I immediately forwarded her email to my attorney and to the credit card company. The card company red flagged Tulipshe and told me if they have not sent me my order, they canning charge me a dime. My attorney told me not to respond to Tulipshe and declared Amy and the company as shady for actually looking into my company to pressure me and try to intimidate me so I will drop everything. We may press charges. I want to warn others to stay far away from this company. They do not actually have the items that you order. They contact out."

"Bad business! I ordered a product and after not seeing or hearing anything for almost a month I e-mailed them about it. The next day I received a refund and a e-mail saying the manufacturer was suppose to ship it and didn’t because they are having problems. I still wanted the item so I called and asked about still getting it they said I cant right now because of the manufacture blah blah blah…. But if you go to there website you can still purchase this and probably other items that come from the same manufacture! So buyer beware! You might not get that item you ordered!"
