"STILL WAITING.... Ordered a watch for my daughter on 7-24-2010, For her Birthday on 8-1. It is NOW 10-7-2010.. No watch and no refund!! I have contacted them multiple times and have been promised a refund that I have not received. My daughter did not get her birthday gift... BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.. WAIT.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT PURCHASE A WATCH FROM THIS SITE!!"

"Be aware of this seller. They do not make good on their merchandise.

They are unresponsive to email or phone calls (you can't get a live person, only an answering machine. Only after I contacted Google Checkout's customer service did Tulip Watches respond, but they refused to exchange the watch.

I had ordered the watch from Tulip Watches for my daughter for Christmas. When she opened the watch at Christmas we found out it didn't work. We verified the battery was good so we tried to contact Tulip Watches to exchange this defective watch for a working watch. Tulip Watches would not accept it for an exchange.

They said that their return policy was 30 days from date item was purchased online and not from when I received it. (I received the watch on 12/2 and contacted them right after Christmas). However, I ordered it on 11/21, though they didn't ship it until 11/28! (They start their return clock when the item is "purchased" and not when it is shipped or when delivered).
