DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

"Received a dress in the wrong color and the seams were messy. Upon trying to cancel another dress that was ordered in the same color, we were only offered 50% refund for the cancelled dress based on their policy. This is poor business. If we were customers who just changed their mind and wanted to cancel, I would understand but we already received a product that is not acceptable so it is not the buyer's fault for canceling. Then for the dress we already have, we were told we should just keep it and they'll give us $15 for it because shipping it back would cost a lot. $15 dollars? That's it? This is unacceptable. Then, I e-mail again and get a response that they do not work on the weekend. However, an hour later I noticed someone's working because they posted on their Instagram page. I called the phone number, which appears to be a California phone number (this company is in China). In true scam fashion, t appears that the only reviews that show up on their page are positive and similar to each other. They must be fake reviews. I will update this review if we receive a full refund for both dresses to let everyone know how it turns out but for now, this is where we are at. "

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDALENT COMPANY

"Since July 13th, I have been consumed in an ongoing battle to receive my money back from this company. I received my refund from the bank, however, this company just charged me again last night for the $187 dress. I have now spent 109 days dealing with Tulle and Chantilly.. and it’s not over. I just spent two hours on the phone with my bank and sending emails showing PROOF of their mistakes. Not to mention, 30 of those days were spent dealing with this stress while I was out of the country getting married and on my honeymoon. This is not what anyone should experience. When you purchase online, the seller has a duty. To FOLLOW their return policy or fix/accept their mistakes. So, I will make this as brief as possible being that I no longer wish to spend any more time and energy than I must on this FRAUDALENT company from China. I am screaming from the top of the Empire State Building saying DO NOT PURCAHSE FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU COULD HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE LIKE MYSELF AND THE REST OF THE BRIDESMAIDS IN OUR PARTY!!!!
First, I was charged $23 more than what my actual cost online was. Their system and my bank account did not match. They refunded me after a week of emails for the $23. Shady.. I thought. But, I caught it and I fought for it. THAT IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IF YOU ARE SCREWED BY THIS COMPANY. FIGHT!!!! Then, the dress arrived in the size for a child. In fact, a twelve-year-old. My niece could fit the arms. A normal human with the matching measurements could not. SIDE NOTE: The ONLY reason we ordered from this company was because we could return them if they did not fit. So, I emailed them immediately and their three day later response was to sell my dress locally or on Ebay. Or, go get it altered. I had already tried, and it would cost $200 dollars for the dress to be completely assembled again and new fabric. That was a big heck no. They do not actually read your emails. They respond around certain words you say and refused to let me return it. They emailed me three times telling me to sell it myself. After not being heard for over a week, I emailed them stating how I would contact my bank and share my story on Social Media. This scared T&C and they decided to still not return my dress but charge me only $80 for my next one. Again, that’s not okay. Your policy states that T&C accepts returns. After a few more emails of me being unhappy and my threats to get them in trouble for being fraudulent, they offered to let me get another dress.
So, they guaranteed this new dress would be in my measurements. I was nervous for this. As one of the bridesmaids ordered a custom sizing dress. This dress came in three sizes bigger than here measurements and she spent over $180 having that one fixed. She provided proof to them and they said they would pay $70 but it never happened. She tried and tried but T&C never did. I agreed to the custom dress as I was leaving the country in a month and would be gone for a month. Until, the day before my best friend’s wedding. But I shared my concerns and asked them to double check the sizing before sending it to me. They also knew the deadline for when I could receive the dress before I left for Iceland. They did not send the dress in time. You know why? Because when they double checked it, it was incorrect and had to be re-made. I was happy they caught that but then the second double check had to be re-made again. But they confirmed it would still make it on time. It did not. My mother checked the dress measurements upon my absence from home. The arms, again, were barely an inch larger than the first incorrect dress. I contact them while I was getting married and trying to be enjoying my time. I did my best, but I was upset and felt completely abused. When you lend your personal information to a site, you expect/deserve your experience to be positive. It is the seller’s duty to own mistakes and make them right. It is not okay that you must beg and fight to get a company to honor their own policy. I had to rush order three dresses to make sure I had one for the wedding. My dress was a completely different color than the rest of the bridesmaids. It was terrible. Kelsey was upset, and I was too. While this is material and at the end of the day, happiness matters. But my best friend had to deal with this stress for months and on her own wedding day. We had to take pictures hiding me specifically to fill the gap of the completely opposite color. It didn’t look good because the color worn by the bridesmaids did not match other colors. At this point, I am extremely numb, and the anger has already been expressed fully. It is probably a good thing that I waited for my anger to fade before I wrote a review. But then, the company took its money back yesterday and reminded me that I can’t stay silent for any longer. I refuse to let anyone else go through what we did. I have watched the comments of people never receiving their dresses for the wedding, sizing being incorrect, and numerous options where the seller was IN THE WRONG. So, please… spend a few extra dollars on another site. The SERVICE is worth it. The QUALITY is worth it. But most importantly, YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH WHAT WE DID!

Very dissatisfied with my dress and the service - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

"Very dissatisfied with my purchase. The dress sent to me was not made correctly and did not fit properly. Upon contacting them I had to take pictures of the dress and go through a series of 8 email correspondences just to try to get some of my money back. Even though their site says they will refund you the dress they insisted on suggesting I take it somewhere to get it altered and sending me a new dress when I had already had to purchase another dress for my occasion. I am left with a dress I can't do anything with and lost $61.50 after the refund. I understood that I would need to pay shipping to get it back to them and then get refunded for the cost of the dress ($121.50). I went to get a quote on shipping the dress back and they said it would cost $150. That is crazy. The shipping cost should be similar to what I paid to ship it over ($20). That is very misleading. I was prepared to lose shipping costs which would have put me at a $100 refund (based on $20 shipping rate). So since I can't get the dress back to them, I am stuck in a position where I have to accept a $80 credit, which is all they the manager will offer me. I do not recommend purchasing through this company. "

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

"I requested a maternity size up to projected 6-8 months and gave them my current measurements. They said they could size up from current measurements on the website. My bridesmaid skirt came in and they added THREE INCHES to the waistline from my current size. After requesting a refund due to their error they said "custom dresses are non refundable and it is not fair of you to do this to us at this time"."
