"Paid $1200 for a tuner that didn't require sending pcm in. Completely factory stock vehicle, tuner turned on when plugged into the vehicle and had a few tune menu screens, all grayed out. Never worked, their support recommended going to the dealership to install updated ECM/TCM to ensure it was all stock, $200 later same grayed out tuner screens and no responses from the company."
