"I cant say enough about my FIRST experience with TunersDepot.com. I was in a panic to find a replacement for my after-market headlight lens. I had to have it before my truck would pass inspection (about a week away.) I had searched the internet high and low and could not find the part. I came across TunersDepot.com and sent them an email on a Sunday not expecting to get a response until Monday. Within a short time, Ryan emailed me back and said he was looking for the part I needed. Much to my surprise he emailed back a photo of the part and it was exactly what I needed. I got a matching set for an unbelievable price! I ended up replacing both lenses and they look great! I will definitely be a repeat customer as this truck has after-market everything! Thanks Ryan for your hard work and research and to TunersDepot.com for having what I needed. Got the truck inspected with time to spare!"

"I was sent a part that was different from what I ordered. I was in a hurry to finish the project, and found that I could use what was sent, but had to do some research.

Contacting their customer service is a joke. I sent an email, and never received a response, even though they claim that it is the best way to get a response.

They claim 24 hour for response time, but did not contact me for 4 days.

If substituting a compatible part that is different from the part number ordered, there should be some documentation explaining the difference in part number. How am I supposed to know? I sure as heck don't want to plug it in and risk frying the computer in mt car! All I know is that I ordered one part number, and received a different part number. No explanation. That's poor customer services in my book.

"I ordered a cold air intake for my honda accord, turned out to be the wrong one. I contacted them through E-mail and asked if I could return it, they said "Sure, ship it to this address." It got to their address on Tuesday (05/13/14) and I have continued to contact them since. On Thursday of last week (05/19/14) I asked why I hadn't revieved my refund. One of the sales reps' I was talking to via E-mail told me it would be issued the next day. Big surprise, that did not happen. Here I am now, still waiting for my refund. Horrible company, do not buy from them."

"Had to return headlights, as they were the wrong size. "Randy" said, "Just go ahead and ship them back, I've already made a note in the system, we'll issue a refund once we receive them.” They received them on June 26 (it's now July 8), and not only have I received a refund, but no one will answer my emails. I finally did get to use their chat feature, which is hardly ever online, and spoke with "Omar", who said that he had to check with the warehouse, which confirmed that they did receive them (duh, already knew that). He said that he needs to inspect them, before he will issue the refund. Their return policy states that a refund will be issued in 3 to 5 day; it's almost been 2 weeks.

Omar said it would be 2 to 3 days for the refund. I told him I’d check back with them in a week, guess I’ll wait and see!

Horrible customer service, when a refund in involved. Seems like to get faster customer service, when you want to purchase an item, not return for a refund. I may never deal with them again!!

"I dont usually buy car parts and would not have thought to do so online but I found a great accessory for my car at a great price at TunersDepot.com and took the plunge. Order fulfillment was prompt and I received top-of-the-line shipment tracking and customer care feedback all along the purchase and shipping process. Sadly, in the process of installing my product I broke it - cracked the housing. Possibly my brute strength ;-P but more more likely a structural flaw in the plastic construction.

This where TunersDepot blew me away!

I sent them a note explaining (not complaining) and this is what they sent back: Hi, Okay I'll get you a replacement sent out.

And that was it! No fuss, no muss. Replacement. Done. I am SO impressed I wanted to share. BIG shout out to Ryan P at TunersDepot for being responsive and staying on it. I'd highly recommend without any concerns. And I'd definitely will use them again.
